Connecting Instagram

Post.Pilot can publish to Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Switch your account to a professional account in Instagram's settings, then connect it in Post.Pilot's Settings. To use reference accounts, also connect Facebook: your Instagram account must be linked to a Facebook Page you manage.

Approving and pausing posts

Every draft waits in your Queue until you approve it. Approved posts appear on your Calendar and on Today; turn a post's switch off to pause it, and on again to put it back on schedule. If a post's time passes while it's paused, pick a new time.

Subscribe from Settings, then Plan. To cancel or change it, open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new phone, use Restore purchases in Post.Pilot.
